ap-utils software package provides Access Point SNMP Utils for Linux, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ap-utils
ap-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ap-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ap-utils *
You will get with ap-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
